Who we are

BoxAlarm is operated by Ardolex Technologies LLC (“Ardolex”, “we”, “us”). This policy describes how we handle personal and operational information submitted through our website and pilot program.

What we collect

  • Pilot request forms: department name, contact details, city/state, CAD/RMS notes, and optional NERIS entity ID.
  • Account data: work email, org code, role, and authentication events for authorized users.
  • Operational data: dispatch imports, incident drafts, validation results, and audit logs while you use BoxAlarm.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Respond to pilot requests and provision department access.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the BoxAlarm application.
  • Support NERIS reporting, QA review, and department onboarding.
  • Meet legal, security, and public-records obligations where applicable.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use pilot data for unrelated advertising.
  • We do not publish department incident details outside authorized users and integrations you configure.

Retention and security

Pilot data is retained for the duration of your evaluation and as needed for audit, support, and legal compliance. Credentials and secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is limited by role.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of pilot contact information. Department operational records may need to be retained for compliance or contract reasons.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.

This page is provided for transparency during the pilot. It is not legal advice. Counsel-reviewed terms may replace this text before general availability.
