Sandbox Connection

Choose sandbox, enter the integration keys NERIS issued to Ardolex, then confirm BoxAlarm can reach NERIS.

Advanced — API endpoint (vendor engineers only)

BoxAlarm already points each environment at the official NERIS hosts. You only change this if FSRI gives you a non-standard test endpoint.

Not your personal fire department login These are app-level keys NERIS gives to Ardolex when BoxAlarm is registered as a reporting vendor.

Integration ID — public name for this connection (like an app username).
Integration secret — private password for that app. Never share it or show it in reports.

Together they let BoxAlarm send test reports to NERIS on behalf of departments that have enrolled with you.

Integration secret Private app password from NERIS — not your personal login. Enter only when saving or changing it.
