~5 min · IT / vendor Connect & test sandbox Save integration keys, test the connection, and review the audit log. ~2 min · department admin Enroll your department Link a fire department to BoxAlarm using the integration ID from NERIS. ~8 min · reporting officer File an incident report Import dispatch CSV or start blank, complete the form, and run a quality check. ~3 min · after report is ready Submit to NERIS Queue the report, choose live or practice delivery, and view the response.
